Crusades
Crusades were a long series of wars between christians and muslims that were fighting for their holly land, Plaestine which was mostly in the hand of the muslims. In the 1000's turkish muslims entered Palestine and they started the war and took over Palestine in 1071. The christians got help in 1990 but the muslims still won. This war affected it made kingas powerful, people died, and tensions rose between muslims and christians beacuse their land was destroyed.
